Dah lama teringin nak cuba Cleansing balm. Cleansing balm ni spesis makeup remover tapi dalam solid form. Biasanya kita selalu familiar dengan makeup remover jenis wipes, jenis liquid (air) and oil. Ada juga makeup remover jenis macam cream. Meskipun mereka datang dalam apa jua rupa, fungsi utamanya tetap satu iaituuuuuu

Cleansing balm ni biasanya rupa dia macam waxy sikit. Solid in room temperature. Kalau nak guna, kena scoop sikit and apply dekat muka. It will melt with heat (i mean, minimal heat yang body kita produce) and slowly stripped off all the makeup .
Before this pernah nak cuba Cleansing balm from brand Banila.co tu tapi postpone punya postpone, last last tak terbeliiii gitula citenya.
Later after that, I found out about this "Melt Away Darling Cleansing Balm" from Marcella & co, Terus laju laju nak cuba. Sebab salah satunya I feel it's very price wise. Yang Banila co tu dalam RM100+ jugak. Marcella & Co punya ni RM75 je (nak diskaun? kena baca sampai bawah dulu for discount code) and it comes in a hugeeee 90mL jar! (for me agak besar jugak)

To be honest, masa nak beli make-up remover dekat kedai pun, I'll spend hours untuk baca apa ingredients and what it will do to my skin. Biasanya sibuk cari yang boleh hydrate skin and to reduce dullness. Sebab biasanya remover ni stripped off moisture/good oil dekat skin jugak and buat kulit kita kering & kusam. No no no i don't want that.
Lagi satuuuu I just knew that this cleansing balm is manufactured in Korea wiwuwiwuwiwuuu aku sejenis pantang nampak kalau formulation/manufactured in Korea ni sebab easily convinced hahahha . But FYI walaupun dia manufactured in Korea but Marcella & Co ni is a local Malaysian brand #immaproudMalaysian .

Solid balm, easy to scoop. Tak perlu pakai banyak. Sikit dah cukup. It'll melt on skin.

How to use:
Senang gilo aih. Scoop sikit, and letak dekat tangan lepastu gosok gosok sikit and ratakan dekat muka. Lepastu buat circular massage bagi cleansing balm tu dapat collect all the makeup. Dah puas gonyoh, ambil damp cotton pad/tuala and lap. Lastly, bilas muka dengan air.
Smell :
Ada fragrance. Bau coconut - vanilla oi sedap! For those yang sensitive to fragrance, kena patch test dulu tengok okay ke tak. Siapa yang ok, have fun sebab bau sedap gila. Rasa nak telan!
Cleaning power :
Power! Can melt and bersihkan kesan lipmatte, eyeshadow, mascara, eyeliner sekali jalan je. I haven't tried removing makeup on eye area lagi sebab lately malas pakai eyeliner/mascara. I just try to see how it works on my hands je. So tak sure kalau pedihkan mata ke tak. Tapi kalau handle with care and gently, tak masuk mata should be no problem.
Convenient tak ? :
For me agak convenient. Sebab tak payah pump banyak banyak untuk remove makeup. Diorang siap bagi small container untuk bawa for travel. Senang nak remove makeup bila solat dekat luar.
What i love about this MAD?
I suka sebab less messy. Sebab benda ni solid, nak simpan senang. Tak mudah tumpah. Bila guna tak meleleh. Sekali apply, massage sikit and lap. Tak payah nak tonyoh beria, lajuu senang je buang makeup. Skin memang instantly rasa refresh. No tight feeling. Tapi ni first step cleansing je. You may proceed with your normal cleanser lepas dah remove guna balm ni. The only downside about this balm (for me), cumanya I malas nak bawa cotton pad kalau travel mana mana. Tapi rasanya tak guna cotton pad pun okay kot? Ah takpe nanti I try experiment haha.
Lepastuuu I suka bau coconut sedap nyam nyam rasa cam "amagad kenapa tak semua skincare makeup bagai bau cemnih sedap weh" . For me berbaloi je RM75 tu untuk 1 tub Melt Away Darling Cleansing Balm ni . Rasanya kalau selalu makeup pun, boleh tahan 2,3 bulan ni.
